Gloria Detox And Rehabilitation believes in a holistic approach when treating Addiction and Co-Occurring Mental Health disorders. We have Medical Doctors Psychiatrists Licensed Therapists and Certified Addiction Counselors to provide plenty of support in our small intimate 6 bed facility. We believe in a client focused program with individualized treatment plans to address the specific needs of each client. Our facility offers a beautiful and comfortable environment to allow for healing. Gloria's clinical approach is to address the underlying issues that contribute to addictive behavior to encourage long term sobriety and happiness.
Each client will have a clinical treatment team comprised of a Doctor, case manager and personal therapist. The clinical team will work with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan because we understand that each person may have specific needs and a one size fits all approach to recovery may not always be the best course of action. Our staff will help clients to identify addictive behaviors and provide positive, healthy solutions.

Dr. Courtney S. ScottMDDr. Courtney S. Scott attended the University of Southern California, where he received his medical degree from Keck School of Medicine, USC in 2006. With more than 13 years as a licensed physician with specialty in Emergency Medicine and Addiction Medicine, Dr. Scott has extensive experience in the substance abuse treatment and prevention field. Courtney understands the need for prevention, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and recovery for all individuals suffering from the constraints of substance abuse and the many co-occurring health conditions that accompany the disease. He has been working in the field of substance abuse for over 7 years as Medical Director for inpatient and outpatient substance abuse programs. Dr. Scott passionately continues his mission to educate individuals and their communities on how to achieve whole health by applying multiple forms of treatment with a holistic approach.
Hasmik Karapetyan,PMHNP, MSN, RNHasmik Karapetyan is a dedicated and motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Addiction Medicine. She attended the West Coast University, North Hollywood, CA in April, 2015- August 2020 where she received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing followed by her Masters of Science in Nursing. Hasmik continued at the National University in San Diego, CA in April 2021- where she received her Post Masters Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Degree in December 2021. In May 2021-Present, she began her studies towards her Doctor of Nursing Practice at West Coast University in North Hollywood, CA. With more than 4 years as a licensed Nurse with specialty in Emergency Medicine and Addiction Medicine, Hasmik has extensive experience in the substance abuse treatment andi prevention field. Hasmik understands the need for prevention, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and recovery for all individuals. She is strong in critical thinking skills and capable of assessing conditions and implementing appropriate interventions. Hasmik has been working in the field of substance abuse for over 4 years as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner/Addiction Medicine for inpatient and outpatient substance abuse programs. Hasmik passionately continues her mission to diagnose and treat individuals suffering from substance abuse and co-occurring mental health conditions that accompany the disease.
